Gen. Moses Ali has officially started his new term as a Member of Parliament. On Wednesday, he took his oath of office during a ceremony at Parliament House in Kampala. The oath was led by the Clerk to Parliament, Hon. Adolf Mwesige. Gen. Moses Ali will represent the people of Adjumani West County once again.
