Minister Amongi leads Ugandan delegation at UN Commission on Status of Women.

Hon. Betty Amongi, Uganda's Minister for Gender and Labor Development, is at the forefront of the Ugandan delegation participating in the 67th United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) session in New York, USA. 

This year's conference is focusing on the critical theme of "Innovation and Technological Change, and Education in the Digital Age for Achieving Gender Equality and the Empowerment of all Women and Girls.

The meeting will also evaluate the conclusions agreed upon during the previous session, which addressed the "Challenges and opportunities in achieving gender equality and the empowerment of rural women and girls."
