Real Madrid win 2-0 away to Osasuna, narrowing gap with Barcelona in La Liga.

Real Madrid closed the gap to five points behind league leaders FC Barcelona with a 2-0 victory over Osasuna, thanks to goals from Fede Valverde and Marco Asensio. 

Meanwhile, third-placed Real Sociedad was held to a 1-1 draw by 10-man Celta Vigo, with Iago Aspas netting a late equalizer. 

In other La Liga matches, Betis secured a 2-1 victory over Valladolid, while Mallorca won 4-2 over Villarreal, who saw Manu Trigueros sent off just a minute after conceding a goal. Girona also made history with a 6-2 thrashing of Almeria.
