Kampala, Uganda – The National Unity Platform has officially showed off its 2026 presidential campaign poster yesterday, Wednesday, at its headquarters in Makerere Kavule.
During the press conference, members from the Teso sub-region spoke about their problems. They shared deep concerns that the current plan to compensate war victims has been taken over by "regime agents," and that the real people who deserve compensation from past conflicts are being left out.
At the same event, the party's fundraising committee gave an update on how much money they have collected so far. They also asked everyone who had promised money to please fulfill their pledges.
