Capt. Mike Mukula has stepped out of the race for Vice Chairman of the Eastern Region. He is now supporting Mr. David Calvin Echodu.
President Museveni said this is a good example of "solution-based leadership." He said it is more important to get things done than to worry about who is in charge. He thanked the two leaders for working together for the good of everyone.
